I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kennesaw. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast included cookies and eggs, which was a nice touch. If no other inn in the area, perhaps this one would be ok.
1. Bkfst on the weekend was good and led the with the sausage gravy and eggs. 2. Thinking, thinking, nope that was it.
-Ongoing construction made for an uncomfortable stay; lots of noise upon check in Saturday afternoon and continued, unabated, until around 6pm. -Sunday, thankfully, was quiet. -Sunday, my room was not cleaned, for some reason. I noticed this late AM, left for a funeral and upon return later in the PM, still the unmade bed, same used towels, etc. Mentioned this at the desk, with no clean room resulting. Desk clerk indicated she would look into it. No change. -Looked forward to good bkfst Monday AM. No luck; bkfst ok, nothing remarkable. -Too many other hotels in the areas for the management to let the above happen. -Would look long and have to be convinced otherwise, to stay here again.

Blanche makes wonderful breakfast, especially her sausage gravy and so customer friendly. Both ladies were friendly and very accommodating. Rest of staff could learn from them.
Hotel in construction mode. Extremely loud first day. Keys had to be updated twice. Desk service was okay.
